Waterproof small video camera?

I’m looking for a video camera that is waterproof. It itself doesn’t have to be waterproof but I would like there to be a waterproof case i can put on it. I have been looking at the Flip Video (probably the Ultra) but the screen doesn’t flip out. I would really like that.

we had a dive during the break if I used one called "camera tight pocket to protect my Canon SD750. We have been taking pictures under the water when suddenly the camera does not turn. I decided to put it aside. after a while, I tried to turn, but the camera body / metal box was already hot, so I immediately took the battery.
