nikon imaging center

small black dot appeared on my DSLR pictures.?
I have bought NIKON D80 and I noticed very light black dot on the top right of center, when I get the digital image out I see blob of greyish dot like a dust. Do anyone know what this is and how to fix it. Do NIKON come with warranty?
Dust on sensors is a normal but annoying occurrence.
It is part of routine maintenance to clean the sensor with a hand blower.
I use photoshop to edit them out for nay that sneak in in between sensor cleans.
