can you please help me find a digital camera?

I am interested primarily in a digital camera device that can take good night pictures. I am preparing to go on a trip through Europe and the camera that I do not take good pictures during the day. overnight, the images taken are blurry and out of focus. I tried all features, but had the result was the same. I want to be able to take a photo of the moon, in Belgrade, the building all night and lit another. I know it's possible. I just want to know what type of device, I can do.

To take Photgraphs night, you need a camera who will have control of manual shutter speed + a tripod will be required to take photographs with shutter speeds I use Sony Cybershot DSCH-1 , It is to have a minimum speed of 30 seconds, which is more than enough for the night photo graphy.
