im looking for a good fisheye lens for around 500, with nice picture quality. any suggestions?

The 15mm Canon fisheye is for 35mm and the full frame Canon DSLR’s
There is a Tokina Fish-Eye 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5, but I don’t know anything about it.
So far, Canon has yet to make a lens that matches the Nikon 10.5mm fisheye made for their digital cameras.
