Canon Lide 25 vs. Epson Perfection V2000?

Hi, as I’ve been too fed up with my old scanner which doesn’t come with many features as to catch up today’s needs, I’ve been thinking to get a new one instead and been considering between these two models. In your opinions, how are the performances of these two compared? Basically the features that they offer have all my needs, so what are left there to consider would be the color quality, the speed, and the usefulness of softwares. What I expect to see in first priority is as if any of these two could offer the option to choose for the desired output size and the resolution. For example, I need to scan my documents in exactly A4 size so that I could print them out or make them into pdf to have my homework ready to submit in a quick one or two steps. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
