I can’t download photos from my Canon camera to my computer. I’m using Zoombrowser EX.?
I’ve been using Zoombrowser EX for years now with no problem. Now, every time I try to connect my camera to my computer, it just says “camera not found”. I’ve checked all the cables, unplugged everything, re-plugged everything and it still gives me the same message. I’ve done the same process the same exact way for a long time, but for some reason it’s not recognizing that there is a camera plugged in. Any ideas?
Your zoombrowser program may be corrupt, you can uninstall and reinstall.
You can also buy a USB card reader and open it as a drive and then drag and drop your photo’s into a file of your choosing under MyPictures.
