nikon 90d vs canon 500d
Replacement of Canon 350D: Canon vs. Nikon DSLR?
I have a Canon EOS 350D and would like to go with a new DSLR camera, either Canon or Nikon. I had in mind Canon 450D or 500D vs Nikon 90D. Most important to me is image quality in low light.I’m beginner-intermediate. What would you recommend? thanks
If you have anything for the Canon besides the 18-55 kit lens, such as a flash or other lenses, it makes sense to stick with the Canon line. Everything that works with the 350D will work with the newer body, with maybe the exception of a battery grip.
I would rate the D90 higher than any of the Canon’s you mention, but you would have to replace any Canon gear you have with new Nikon gear, and the Canon’s are certainly good cameras to begin with.
