Best touch screen digital camera around ?

hey,i wanna buy a touch screen digital camera and i can afford 300 to 350 usd……ive gone through sony cybershot dsct700 and nikon coolpix s60.reviews for sony were good and not supportive for nikon.can you please help which one should i buy.i love iphonish touchscreen coze its very responsive and smooth.i want a very good picture quality during night and day…so can any of you advice which one will best suite me ?
