who the hell is norcent anyway?
last year my bf got me a norcent cam for xmas. well it fell ont he floor and broke about 6months ago..the cam is pretty awesome..love the quality of the pictures. however now that i need to reach the company to get warranty services, i cant! i have been calling them for months sending emails and no one has returned my calls. the company is unreachable. for you people who ask if they have good products to that i say yes..are they a good company..HELL NAW. has anyone else had a problem with trying to get support service or reach the company?
the cam i have is a dcc-725.
next time i will get a nikon..i am sure they will answer me when i request info. now i have to drop more loot to get a new cam even though the one i have is still under warranty. i’m pissed.
