How to transfer photos from Nikon D3000?
I just got a new Nikon and I need to transfer the pictures onto my computer. The Nikon came with a cord that plugs into the camera & the computer and when i plug it in, my computer beeps, but nothing happens. Am I missing something?
My guess is you did not read in your user manual how to use the USB cord to copy images from the camera to your computer. Page 105 and 106
OR, you can do what all of us have been doing for nearly a decade. Use a card reader. If you computer does not have one, you can buy one for under $9 and use it.
