Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX07:)?

JPG for those of you who own this camera (or do not know how to use it) I recently received this as a hand me down my cousin. She lost the manual. Much is quite explicit, except for one thing! The video, I can not take videos. Every time I pass the video mode / recording mode and press the button, only to take photos .. not really a video. How do I fix this problem? What better way to make a video? Thank you!
