does the Nikon CoolPix S210 have modes where i can take pics in black/white, sepia?
need to know before i buy it or else ill go for a canon one

It’s got samples (about midway down the page) for the color modes it supports:
Standard, Vivid, Black and White, Sepia, and Cyanotype.
So yes that camera does have B/W and Sepia tones you can do in camera.
