recovering deleated pics from a nikon digital?!?!?
helpp!!!!
my friends dad has a work camera and she acidently deleated all the pics!! she found software downloads to get them back online but you have to pay big bucks for all of them! is there any software to get them back for free?!?!

Well if you think $32 is big bux, you may not be able to recover the images. All the free software just does not work. Maybe 15 to 80 % of the images might be recovered, but it will take a long,long time. During a test, one of the free programs too over two hours to recover about 75% of a tiny 128 mb card … 8x smaller than a 1 GB card.
The Lexar program recovered all the images on a 8 GB in less than 45 minutes (of course you will have to use the card reader on the computer because no cameras batteries will keep the camera on long enough to recover the images. If the computer has no card reader, you can buy one for under $10. You will want a USB 2.0 card reader.
I am sure your friend has learned her lesson… don’t mess with things that are not hers
