Is there anyway to get autofocus with a nikon 50mm f1.8d lens on the Canon 7d?

Probably, but it will cost more than double the price of the 7d, the Nikon 50mm f/1.8, and the equivalent Canon lens that you should be using instead. None have been made yet aside from the simple physically connecting adapter. The customized electronics involved would demand such a steep price.
