nikon 62mm filter

Best book light for macro photography?
I've been increasingly moving into macro photography and I'm not happy with my lighting. Searching the best "budget" solution out there. All Nikon gear (though the product does not require lighting): I have a digital SLR camera with a macro 105mm and 52mm filter size. I also had a 300 mm zoom with a 62mm filter diameter and a torque of up diopter close. Also I have the SB-600 Speedlight. You can also reverse mount my 50mm lens on one of the above objectives, while playing around. for macro photography of nature (eg, flowers, insects, leaves) … suggestions on this budget, "" the way forward which could provide greater flexibility with the different approaches presented above? Thanks!
Your best bet is a ring of light that rises out of his goal. You can check the image well known sites like B & H or Adorama and do a search in the light "ring" for those who fit your Nikon. Ring lights have the advantage of putting the light directly on the subject, since they are mounted in front of macro lens. In this way they can escape the shadows or dead zones on or off a camera flash would. It is a great, if expensive gadget to have for photography macro. If you're more adventerous (and may be forced more cash from a new ring of light can run $ 300 + +) you should check out this link to an interesting article on how to make your own ring of light around $ 20 in parts you can buy at Radio Shack. It requires some knowledge of basic electronics (solder, etc) but does not seem terribly difficult. Good luck
